The Los Angeles Clippers have moved cities twice before settling in LA. One of their early stars was the phenomenal 3x scoring champion Bob McAdoo. In his second season, he averaged 30.6 PPG and 15.1 RPG for the Clippers, instantly turning a last place team in a playoff contender. They slumped immediately after McAdoo left and struggled until 2009 when Blake Griffin, Chris Paul, and Chauncey Billups showed up and made the team a playoff contender. The Clippers haven't made it to the finals yet. Their overall record is 1257-2155 (.368). Their best season was their lockout shortened 2011-2012 season, where they got 40-26 (.606), and their worst season was their 1986-1987 season where they got a pathetic 12-70 (.146) record. They haven't retired any jersey #'s yet, but with current stars Blake Griffin, Chris Paul, and Chauncey Billups, that's bound to change.
